Law firm to lease new office space in Coral Gables

Coral Gables-based law firm Colson Hicks Eidson announced Friday that it had signed a deal to move its office to 255 Alhambra in Coral Gables. As the building's new guide tenant, Colson Hicks will occupy the penthouse floor and receive naming rights to the building. The firm is expected to move form its current location at 255 Aragon in July 2010.
